Who we're hiring
We are hiring caregivers, home care aides, certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and home health aides (HHAs) for in-home care across Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Lakeway, Buda and Kyle. Whether you have years of caregiving experience or you have cared for a family member and want to make it your profession, we want to hear from you.
The work
You will help older adults and people recovering at home live safely and comfortably. Depending on the client, that includes companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, help with bathing, dressing and mobility, medication reminders, transportation to appointments, and specialized dementia and Alzheimer's support. Every client has a written care plan, so you always know what is expected on each visit.
Shifts that fit your life
We staff short visits, full days, overnights and around-the-clock schedules, seven days a week. Tell us when you can work and which part of Austin you reside, and we match you with clients close to home to cut your drive time. Many of our caregivers choose a steady weekly schedule; others pick up extra shifts when they want more hours.
Support from day one
You are never on your own. A care coordinator introduces you to each client, an office team answers the phone 24/7, and our quality assurance program checks in regularly with you and the family. We provide orientation and ongoing training, including dementia care and infection control, so you grow your skills while you work.
What you need to apply
You must be at least 18, legally able to work in the United States, and able to pass a criminal background check and the Texas employability checks required for home care. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license help, since most clients are in their own homes. A CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not required for every role.
